Community Class
The Sunday morning class is my offering back to the community. It is open to anyone, whatever their experience.
We move gently, breathe deliberately, and finish in stillness. If you have never unrolled a mat before, this is the class to start with — nobody is watching, and nothing is compulsory.
Come as you are, camera on or camera off.
What you'll need
- A mat, or a rug, or simply a patch of floor
- A cushion or folded blanket to sit on
- A quiet corner and a stable internet connection

1:1 & Small Group for Advanced Practitioners
For advanced practitioners
These sessions are for people who already have a regular practice and want focused, personal attention — one to one, or in a small group of your own.
Tell me a little about your practice and what you would like to work on, and we will arrange a format and times that suit you.
